Living Room
On the top floor is the stunning and spacious Living Room with convertable double bed/sofa, a twin bed for extra guests, and the original high chestnut wood ceiling. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the room cool in the hot summers. French windows at the front give access to a traditional town house balcony with lovely views over the rooftops to the distant hills beyond. To the rear, a door opens onto a cool and private courtyard garden with table and chairs, umbrella, and the Cypress tree which gives the house its name.
Bedroom
On the first floor you will find a spacious bedroom, with queen-size bed, balcony, a traditional fireplace, air conditioning, roomy wardrobe and library. A folding bed/sofa offers the ability for an additional guest in the bedroom.
Ground Floor - Kitchen and Bath
From the entry you come first to a lovely Kitchen/Dining Room with traditional fireplace, cooker/stove, fridge/freezer, marble sink, washing machine, ample storage and a cherry wood table that seats up to 8 persons. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Shower Room and WC.
The entry is from a traditional narrow cobble-stone street, with potted flowers and olive and palm trees, and a patio table and chairs that are ideal for your morning coffee or tea.
Upstairs, French doors lead to an enclosed, open-air patio with a table and chairs, umbrella, potted flowers, and the Cypress tree that gives our property its name.
Prices are based on two persons for one week, generally Monday afternoon to the following Monday morning. Exceptions are made based on availability and the owners' consent. Additional persons up to a total of five can be accomodated at a cost of 50 euro per person per week. Prices are quoted in euros based on the following seasons:
Low Season (May 03-May 30; Sep 20-Oct 31) ... €400/week
Mid Season (May 31-Jul 04; Sep 06-Sep 19) ......€480/week
High Season (Jul 05-Jul 18; Aug 23- Sep 05) ..... €565/week
Peak Season (Jul 19-Aug 22) .............................. €620/week

Rental Availability Calendar
Please e-mail us at tompors_comcast.netor call Tom Pors at (+1) 206-399-3941 (Pacific time) to check availability. We will reply by e-mail to confirm available dates and prices, and to provide payment instructions. We can make a preliminary reservation for seven days and confirm your reservation once we receive your payment and rental contract. A 100 euro security deposit and 1/3 of the total rent is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due one month prior to the booking. If the booking is less than 4 weeks prior to the rental, payment in full is required.
Payment is in euros only by PayPal (credit cards accepted in most countries) or wire transfer. When we confirm your booking we will have our local manager contact you regarding your flight reservation and travel details. She will then send you schedules for the hydrofoils and ferries via e-mail and agree on a time to meet you at the port to be shown to the house.

Skopelos Town is an authentic traditional Greek island town or "Chora" with friendly people, romantic restaurants, shops and a variety of accomodations. You arrive in the harbour of Skopelos Town by ferry or hydrofoil and the attraction to this historic and charming town is instantaneous.
There are many beaches, towns, churches and monasteries worth seeing on the island of Skopelos. Car, boat, motorbike and bicycle rentals are readily available near the harbour.
